Just a few lines to let you know how well your ladies looked after me during my illness.
Without exception, they were capable, friendly, caring and very kind and gentle, especially Kay and Rachel. The younger ones were surprisingly good and all were so very conscientious too.
I am feeling quite a lot better now, though I do miss their wonderful care, interest and just their presence. Many thanks for sending such good, careful and thoughtful ladies and I hope they will be available again should I become ill later.

We had some bad experiences with the Council service and were anxious about having someone going in the morning to my mother. My husband and I need not have worried, your service has been as you promised. The personal carer is on time at the time specified, friendly and professional, and we feel confident in knowing that she is assisting my mother with her morning needs.

I am writing on behalf of my father and myself to thank you
...for giving Dad a new lease of life. When Mum died I tried to persuade Dad to move to Queensland to live with us as I couldn't imagine him living on his own, especially after having a stroke rendering his left hand useless. He has become very attached to "his girls" as he calls the personal carers, especially Barbara who has been courageous enough to take Dad shopping for new clothes!
I have appreciated your calls to let me know how Dad really is because I know he puts on a brave show for me. He is a happy man now and enjoying his life.
